Data Team Lead

We are looking for a Data Manager to lead the company’s end-to-end Data domain. The role includes building and developing a new AI-enabled Data platform, owning advanced Data and BI architecture, leading strategic projects, and working closely with senior leadership.

What will your day look like?

• Leading the setup and development of an organizational Data Warehouse and Data platform
• Full ownership of Snowflake and Tableau from architecture to implementation
• Managing and mentoring team members, including professional development
• Defining methodologies and standards in the Data domain
• Cross-functional collaboration with senior management, IT, and business units
• Managing vendors and external partners
• Leading AI initiatives within the Data ecosystem and implementing advanced AI infrastructures

What are we looking for?

• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau, including architecture and BI knowledge
• Experience building or upgrading Data Warehouses and Data platforms
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics
• Experience or strong knowledge of AI infrastructure in Data environments – an advantage
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
