Game Economy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Economy Manager to take full ownership of the in-game economy for our leading mobile Play-to-Earn (P2E) title. This pivotal role involves designing, balancing, and optimizing complex currency systems, reward structures, and monetization strategies to ensure a robust and engaging player experience.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Game Design, Data, LiveOps, and Engineering, directly influencing the long-term health and growth of our dynamic game ecosystem. This is an opportunity to shape the economic future of a rapidly evolving P2E platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain multi-currency systems (soft, premium, token-based P2E).
• Balance sources and sinks to manage inflation, prevent exploitation, and optimize progression.
• Define and optimize earning mechanics, reward systems, and loot tables for player engagement.
• Collaborate on token utility, circulation, and earning limits within the P2E framework.
• Track and analyze key economic KPIs (ARPDAU, LTV, retention) to drive data-backed decisions.
• Design and optimize economy-driven events, monetization features, and pricing strategies.
  
  

• 4-5 years of experience in game economy design, monetization, or LiveOps for mobile titles.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play (F2P) and Play-to-Earn (P2E) mobile game economies.
• Proven hands-on experience in building and balancing multi-currency systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data for economic decision-making.
• Experience with A/B testing and live-tuning game economies.
• Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain economic monitoring is a plus.
