On the day-to-day you'll

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities in supplier lead times, purchase order confirmations and fulfillment, efficient receiving processes, inventory placement, and cost reduction
• Ongoing monitoring of supply chain KPIs, analysis of results against targets, identification of gaps, and leadership of focused action plans and improvement initiatives
• Analyze operational and performance data, identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities, and derive actionable insights to support decision-making
• Lead implementation processes and continuous improvement of supply chain workflows
• Drive operational improvements with Wolt Market suppliers to maximize product availability and assortment while reducing waste
• Influence a wide range of internal stakeholders through effective interpersonal communication to promote priorities and achieve results
• Manage infrastructure and technology, including logistics systems and system integrations
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, including demand planning, forecasting, and control
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization, planning, and task delegation
• Strong analytical capabilities, including data analysis and a holistic/system-level understanding to support process improvement and decision-making
• Excellent business judgment with a practical, hands-on approach to execution
• Highly organized, proactive, analytical candidate who thrives in a high-energy environment
• Ability to present data and insights clearly and in a structured manner
• Ability to lead teams and cross-functional interfaces, resolve problems and conflicts, make decisions, and maintain a holistic perspective
• Ability to work under pressure, effectively managing high workloads, especially during peak periods or complex projects
• Strong proficiency in computerized systems, including ERP systems and Excel, for efficient inventory and budget management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Extensive experience in retail (strong advantage for the food sector)
• Experience working in a global organization – an advantage
