We are looking for a Product Team Lead to own and scale our core quantum platform product. This role is responsible for building and leading a team of Product Managers and driving end-to-end product strategy and execution across our platform surface.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of deep technology, product strategy, and people management. You will work closely with Engineering, Research, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure the platform scales technically, commercially, and experientially.

What You'll do:

• Own platform product leadership across infrastructure, web-based development experiences (including a web IDE), and AI-enabled capabilities in a complex deep-tech environment.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs, ensuring tight alignment between product strategy, technical execution, and business outcomes.
• Establish product methodologies and data-driven practices that guide prioritization, decision-making, and continuous improvement across the platform.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including leading PMs or a product area at scale.
• Proven experience owning a platform product (SaaS, developer platform, infrastructure, or tooling)
• You’re a visionary - there’s no playbook for building quantum software. You’re ready to write it.
• Experience working on deep-tech products (e.g., developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, compilers, cloud platforms, data platforms, or similar).
• You’re data-driven and willing to establish this within the team. You should be comfortable running experiments, diving into metrics, and pairing that with qualitative research and deep user empathy.
• You’re a strong communicator and able to align teams, inspire action, and earn the trust of executives and cross-functional partners.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or the quantum software ecosystem
• Background in physics, computer science, or a related technical field
• Experience working with research-driven or innovation-led teams (R&D, advanced engineering, labs, or applied research groups)
• Comfort engaging with exploratory, early-stage work and helping translate it into clear narratives and practical value
