Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recruiter with early to mid-level experience who is looking to deepen their recruitment expertise in a global, English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for defined roles
• Active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews in Hebrew and English
• Partner closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders
• Work with ATS systems and produce basic recruitment reports

Requirements

• High level of English - written and spoken - mandatory
• Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter - an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
