We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to join a complex, multidisciplinary technological environment and lead end-to-end planning, control, and execution of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain integrated project work plans throughout the project lifecycle

Perform risk management, bottleneck analysis, and critical path identification

Synchronize cross-functional interfaces in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment

Plan and control project budgets from quotation phase, through ongoing reporting, to project closure

Create a comprehensive project status view and present it clearly to management and customers

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management

or at least 10 years of proven experience managing technological projects – mandatory

Minimum 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – mandatory

Strong familiarity with SAP or a comparable large-scale ERP system

Knowledge of planning and control methodologies: Agile / Lean / Six Sigma

Proven experience with project planning and control tools such as MS Project / Primavera – mandatory
