Software Engineering (JAVA) Manager

A leading startup in Configuration Risk Intelligence, working hybrid in the Center, is looking for a Senior Manager/Director of Coverage and Integration. This is an excellent opportunity for a Java Team Lead to step up into a Management or Director-level role. You will lead a team of 6 developers building AI-powered infrastructure and working with US-based enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Java-based R&D team.
• Oversee development of configuration collectors for Kubernetes, Cloud, and Security platforms.
• Drive AI-assisted research and system integrations (ITSM, Observability).
• Partner with US Customer Success teams and enterprise clients.
• Ensure engineering excellence and efficient development workflows.

Must Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in team management .
• Strong background in Java environments and technical design.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with US teams and customers during afternoon hours.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or enterprise software environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
• Background in DevOps or Infrastructure Automation.
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering workflows.
