A leading healthcare organization in central Israel is looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join a dynamic and mission-driven technology team. The role involves designing and developing complex integration solutions across core enterprise systems in a large-scale, multi-system environment.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing ESB-based integrations, specifically with TIBCO BusinessWorks
• Strong experience in SQL development and building complex processes
• In-depth knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), REST, and API Management
• Experience working with integration protocols and formats: SOAP, REST, MQ, JSON, XML
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex integration flows between enterprise systems
• Experience working in multi-system environments, including core systems
• Strong self-learning skills and ability to quickly adopt new technologies and systems

Advantages

• Knowledge and understanding of networking and communication protocols
• Experience with leading integration tools such as Kafka, InterSystems, and similar platforms
• Experience in Java development
• Background in the healthcare domain and familiarity with medical standards such as HL7 and FHIR
