We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join a professional ITOC team responsible for monitoring, controlling, and operating mission-critical systems and infrastructures in a large financial environment.
What you’ll do:
• 24/7 shift-based operations (including weekends)
• Monitor and control core IT systems and infrastructures
• Handle incidents in high-pressure environments
• Take ownership and work as part of a strong team
What we’re looking for:
• Experience operating Tier-1 IT systems
• Windows / UNIX / Linux
• Storage, virtualization & Kubernetes
• Networking & security infrastructures
• Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace - advantage)
• Cloud and Mainframe knowledge - advantage
Must have:
High learning ability, system-wide thinking, responsibility, and willingness to work shifts to ensure system availability.
