Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in building the Voyantis platform.
• Design and build scalable, flexible solutions for back-end systems and customer-facing platforms..
• Own features end to end, from identifying user needs from UI implementation, API development, databases, LLM agents, complex data flows and more.
• Help shape the architecture to ensure performance, security and maintainability at scale.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Proven ability to apply AI tools not just for coding, but to analyze requirements, explore solution alternatives, and deliver faster, higher-quality outcomes end-to-end.
• Significant experience in Backend development in Python/Go/Ruby/Node/Similar (Python is a definite advantage)
• Proven experience with cloud environments, primarily AWS
• Proven experience with Databases and SQL
• Experience with UI development
• Passionate about code design, high-quality code, and code reviews, optimizing and challenging the status quo
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive by nature, internal drive for excellence and improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• High English proficiency
