Are you a master of communication who loves helping others achieve their goals? We are looking for a Student Success Coordinator (SSC) to be the heart of our student journey!
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our students—supporting their academic growth, connecting them with resources, and ensuring no one falls behind. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, bilingual environment, we want you!

What you’ll do:
Support & Advise: Guide students through academic planning and help remove barriers to graduation
Bridge Communication: Collaborate daily with our Teaching Staff (in English) and our Sales Team (in Hebrew)
Data & Coordination: Manage success initiatives, track student persistence, and generate reports to improve our programs
Analyze: Use data to track student persistence and implement intervention strategies for at-risk cases
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
A background in student services, counseling, or academic advising (preferred)
Someone who thrives on building relationships and fostering a supportive environment
