About this PositionJoin our Adhesive Technologies Supply Chain team and provide ongoing support for planning, customer service, and operational activities. This role involves close collaboration with local and global stakeholders and offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
What You´ll Do
- Support end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, from order receipt to customer delivery.
- Assist in daily operations within SAP systems (OTC / PTP).
- Support planning activities, production coordination, and purchase order processes with international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor and track import shipments and update delivery statuses.
- Assist in maintaining SAP master data, including material and logistics-related data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses using Excel.
- Participate in and support supply chain process improvement and optimization projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Report to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, Economics, or Business Administration (or students in the final year) – mandatory.
- Availability for a full-time position – mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel – mandatory.
- Experience or familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems – a significant advantage.
- High level of English proficiency – written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with data.
- Service-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Fast learner with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities in a multi-interface environment.
