Location: Ganei Tikva

Schedule: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00

Role responsibilities:

• System and application support for organizational users

• User and permissions management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Setup and configuration of end-user workstations

• Support for meeting rooms (Zoom) and telephony systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Help Desk – mandatory

• Also suitable for discharged soldiers with relevant technical military experience
