We're hiring: Traffic & Project Manager (Hybrid)

Looking to be the central hub of a dynamic creative agency? We're searching for a Traffic & Project Manager who thrives on connecting the dots, driving processes forward, and making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prioritizing and managing tasks across departments, especially creative and studio teams
• Serving as the operational link between client services and external vendors
• Recruiting and managing freelancers
• Leading cross-functional projects
• Exploring and implementing new tools to boost efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in an advertising agency – a must
• Strong operational skills and real-time task management
• Deep understanding of the digital/online space – a major plus
• Familiarity with studio and creative workflows – highly desirable
• Experience breaking down and managing complex projects
• Tech-savvy and self-learner of tools and platforms
