Validation Engineer (System-Level Testing & Data Analysis)

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and hands-on Validation Engineer to join our fast-moving and multidisciplinary team. This is not your typical QA or Automation role — it’s a role for someone who loves to investigate, analyze data, and understand how complex systems behave.

In this position, you'll work at the intersection of software and hardware. You’ll not only develop and run automated tests, but also analyze the results, summarize insights, and take full ownership of reporting and conclusions. You must be passionate about collecting raw data, exploring patterns, and using statistics to validate the functionality, reliability, and stability of our 3D Cameras.

What You'll Do:

• Validate complex systems that combine software and hardware.
• Develop new automated tests, maintain existing ones, and run them as part of ongoing investigations and validation cycles.
• Collect and analyze large volumes of raw test data to extract key insights.
• Use statistical thinking to evaluate system behavior and trends.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports with conclusions based on the test data.
• Take full responsibility for the credibility of the results and insights you produce.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, system architects, and hardware teams.
• Understand how changes in one component affect the overall system.
• Continuously learn new technologies and domains as new features and products are introduced.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in validation of multidisciplinary systems/ products, coding & system investigation roles - (experience in other domains is less relevant)
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills — Python is a must
• Experience in environments that combine hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, debugging, and problem reproduction.
• Strong skills in writing reports and summarizing findings clearly.
• A natural curiosity and a love for learning new technologies.
