Monitoring Infrastructure Engineer

Comblack is hiring a Monitoring Infrastructure Engineer (SIEM Engineer) !

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of organizational monitoring systems, with a strong focus on SIEM platforms and log management. The position involves designing and implementing integration infrastructures (Parsing, Indexing), writing automation scripts, and close collaboration with IT and Cyber teams to ensure data resilience and quality within the Security Operations Center (SOC).

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience operating SIEM systems, with a deep understanding of event log management.
• Strong expertise with Splunk (design, implementation, writing SPL queries, and customized reports).
• Proven experience in building Parsing and Field Extraction infrastructures, including the use of Regular Expressions.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Bash, and working with REST APIs.
• Experience working with SQL queries, with the ability to analyze and optimize logs from diverse sources.
