Role

• Own the design and day-to-day management of the game economy, making sure it supports the core gameplay and feels fair and fun for players.
• Balance free and paid economies, including virtual goods pricing and in-game rewards, to drive engagement and revenue.
• Track economy KPIs and player behavior to spot issues early and fix imbalances before they hurt retention or monetization.
• Work with product and business stakeholders to align economic decisions with game goals and revenue targets.
• Build and analyze economic models, simulations, and A/B tests to guide data-driven changes.
• Partner closely with analytics, product, monetization, and development teams to plan, ship, and iterate on economy features.
  
  

• 1+ years of proven experience in economics within a B2C Company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong passion for working with numbers, data analysis, and complex formulas.
• Strong technical skills and quick learning ability.
• An interest in mobile games.
• Knowledge of SQL - an advantage.
