• Experimental work in a chemistry lab.
• Developing new and innovative formulation related technologies.
• Developing complex formulations.
• Leading independent long-term research.
• Perform and develop physical and chemical tests to evaluate products.
• Cooperation with external research labs.
• Cooperation with internal ADAMA units.
• Search and update on patents and scientific literature.

• Scientific degree B.Sc/MSc with research experience in chemistry/ chemical engineering
• Knowledge in the field of colloid chemistry – advantage.
• Experience in formulation development – advantage.
• Advanced level in English
