Leading the risk assessment process and implementing HACCP and PRP programs.
Responsibilities
- Handling non-conformities arising from production processes and responding to customer complaints.
- Defining cleaning processes, managing sampling plans.
- Leading improvement processes, managing changes and learning from events.
- Training officials on food quality and safety issues.
- Direct management of quality inspectors – 4.
Qualifications
- Biotechnology/Food/Chemical Engineer – Required.
Required Skills
- Previous professional experience: Quality Management/Quality Process Management.
