Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Analyst (FHIR Data Modeling Project)
Role Description
Join a large-scale, critical data modeling project based on FHIR, within the Clinical Applications team in the Digital, Technology & Innovation division.
The role includes end-to-end systems analysis: gathering business requirements, system design, defining technical specifications, overseeing development, and supporting testing and go-live.
You will work closely with development and QA teams, design and integrate internal and external APIs, and translate complex business processes into robust technological solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience analyzing complex systems
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate requirements into technical documentation
- Experience with databases and ability to read SQL
- Proven experience with system integrations, APIs, and ETL processes
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Monday.com)
- Experience with healthcare standards HL7 / FHIR – significant advantage
