About the Company

We’re a pre-seed startup in Agentic AdTech, building agentic AI systems that operate on massive real-time data to drive action across global advertising and marketing platforms.

We already have a live product, global customers, a small senior team, and fast iteration cycles. High ownership, real impact.

We are currently bootstrapped and planning to raise a pre-seed round in the coming months.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Co-Founder – Product & Business to join the founding team and lead the commercial and strategic side of the company, with strong product ownership.

This is a business-first, co-founder role , not a classic product management position.

You will own early growth, sales, partnerships, and go-to-market, while shaping product strategy together with engineering and leadership.

In the first phase, the company is bootstrapped, and the right candidate should be able and motivated to work in a bootstrapped setup for several months, with full alignment toward raising our upcoming pre-seed round.

What You’ll Do

• Lead early business development, sales, and partnerships
• Own positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
• Act as a true co-founder: company strategy, fundraising support, hiring, and culture
• Work directly with customers and translate real needs into product direction
• Partner closely with engineering and leadership on roadmap and execution

Who We’re Looking For

• Former founder or early-stage executive in B2B SaaS / AdTech / AI
• Proven ability to sell complex products to global / enterprise customers
• Strong product sense and understanding of AI / data-driven systems
• Comfortable working hands-on in a small, fast-moving team
• Able and willing to work in a bootstrapped environment before funding
• Builder mindset with high ownership and accountability

Important

This is not a pure product management role.

We are specifically looking for someone who leads with business and growth, with product ownership as part of the role.
