We’re Hiring: ML Researcher

Looking for a skilled ML Researcher with 3+ years of experience in modular ML, tabular, predictive, and ranking models, and a production-first mindset. Perfect for someone who loves building end-to-end models, validating hypotheses, and ensuring scalable real-world performance.

You will:

• Develop, train, and evaluate modular ML models
• Run data-driven experiments and optimize features and pipelines
• Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams

Must have:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with modular ML and tabular models (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Logistic Regression)
• Python skills and ML libraries experience
• Data wrangling, feature engineering, and model validation

Nice to have:

• Model deployment, inference engineering, monitoring, Docker/serving frameworks
• Experience with ranking, scoring, or optimization models

Work on advanced ML systems, impact real business outcomes, and take ownership of production-grade pipelines.
