Senior Systems Analyst – Digital & Backend Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into end-to-end system solutions
• Design digital systems with a strong focus on user experience, data flow, and customer journeys
• Analyze and specify backend systems, including business logic, data models, integrations, and internal interfaces
• Write high-level and detailed design documents (HLD & LLD), both functional and technical
• Lead analysis tasks and projects end to end, including coordination with multiple business and technical stakeholders
• Accompany development and QA teams throughout the full development lifecycle
• Take responsibility for production processes and ongoing system support

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital systems analysis and backend systems analysis - Must
• Proven experience in writing functional and technical specification documents - Must
• Experience managing tasks and projects end to end - Must
• Mandatory experience in the financial domain, including open banking environments - Must
• Strong understanding of SQL and database design - Must
• Familiarity with analysis and task management tools such as Jira and Visio - Must
