Role Description
The ILS Engineer will lead and coordinate Integrated Logistic Support activities for complex ground systems projects, working closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. The role includes defining and implementing the full ILS package throughout the system lifecycle, including maintenance concepts, spares, technical documentation, training, and logistics support.
The position involves close collaboration with internal and external customers, subcontractors, procurement, and logistics teams, as well as hands-on work with ERP systems (SAP) to support maintenance projects, manage orders, track repairs, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- Proven experience in ILS and working directly with customers
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within large, cross-functional organizations.
Advantages
- Background in maintenance of defense systems, especially aerial or ground systems- Advantage.
- Experience working with SAP and logistics-oriented ERP environments - Advantage.
- Familiarity with complex mechanical or electromechanical systems - Advantage.
