What You Will Do

• Lead & Empower: Manage a cross-functional team (Mobile, Backend, IoT cloud, DevOps), driving technical excellence and professional growth
• Drive Delivery: Own the Agile lifecycle end-to-end - Sprint Planning, prioritization, and execution - ensuring on-time delivery of value
• Innovate: Leverage emerging technologies to solve complex operational challenges and improve business efficiency
• Bridge the Gap: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete, scalable technical plans
• Orchestrate Technology: Oversee complex backend/cloud delivery acting as the technical focal point
• Enable the Organization: Manage DevOps & Infrastructure keys to ensure stability for the broader development division

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend and cloud development (Azure preferred), including complex integrations
• 3+ years of Leadership experience: leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving delivery
• Innovation Mindset: Proactive curiosity for new tech and the ability to translate it into practical business solutions
• Agile & DevOps: Deep understanding of modern development lifecycles, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Business Partner: Excellent communication skills, comfortable managing expectations with non-technical stakeholders
