Key Responsibilities:

• Control, operation, and maintenance of various energy production facilities to ensure compliance with customer pipeline requirements and maintain production reliability in line with agreed budget targets.
• Work on a shift basis to support 24/7 site operations.
• Collaborate with the ROC (Remote Operation Center) in plant monitoring, operations, and performance optimization.
• Act as an emergency response technician for on-site and off-site incidents and support the Incident Manager in implementing site emergency plans as required.
• Perform ongoing work within a control room environment, monitoring operational parameters such as temperature and air pressure.
• Maintain a strong understanding of safety regulations within an industrial plant environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a professional certification or degree program in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Hands-on technical experience in an industrial environment or production facility (through internship, military service, technician roles, work in manufacturing facilities, or practical training) – mandatory.
• Very high level of English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Good basic understanding of health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations in an operational setting.
• Experience working in a production team within a process plant – an advantage.
