We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in top-tier Executive Search at the highest level — with deep knowledge of the business environment and the local competitive landscape.

We work closely with executive teams, CEOs, and boards, analyzing the market and competitors, identifying leadership gaps, and leading executive search processes that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Executive Search processes.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of senior leadership roles and their organizational impact.

• Build search strategies based on market mapping and industry dynamics.

• Proactively and discreetly approach senior-level candidates.

• Work directly with C-level executives and boards.

• Develop and deepen relationships with leading companies in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven track record in Executive Search.

• Experience working with executive teams and boards.

• Ability to manage and lead long, multi-layered processes simultaneously.

• Business development experience – generating leads and building long-term client relationships.

• Strong presence, professional maturity, and absolute discretion.

• High-level English proficiency.
