This is a full-time on-site role located at our offices in Herzliya. The Senior Associate/Partner will oversee client relations, manage large-scale legal transactions, and provide strategic counsel in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity. The role also involves leading negotiations, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, and mentoring junior associates. The successful candidate will actively develop and maintain client relationships while fostering strategic business opportunities for the firm.

• Expert knowledge in corporate law, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity
• Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk assessment
• Proven ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships in dynamic industries such as hi-tech and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and collaboration abilities within a team environment
• Relevant legal experience from top-tier law firms or corporate in-house legal departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to independently manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
• LLB from a recognized law school and certification to practice law in Israel (mandatory)
