What’s the job?

We are running a strategic Innovation Lab in Tel Aviv, developing advanced financial technology products within a dynamic start-up like environment.

We are seeking for a temporary Product Designer with good UX knowledge and experience, who will join our Lab UX team.

The Product Designer will be working closely with some of the brightest engineers, product managers, UX architects and product designers in the Innovation Lab in TLV.

Job Description

· Translate business requirements into smart and simple solutions while acknowledging constraints and limitations

· Create state-of-the-art design for web and mobile applications

· Capture end-to-end workflows

· Design wireframes and interactive prototypes

· Deliver design assets to development teams and support them through the implementation process

· Articulate and explain your design rationale to key stakeholders

· Follow UX standards, UX best practice

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of experience as a hands-on Product Designer (UX/UI)

· Creative flair, innovative thinking, excellent attention to details

· Experience in working with design systems

· Ability to portray ideas and concepts, quickly and clearly

· Up-to-date knowledge of designing for accessibility

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· An academic degree in a relevant field
