Sales Administration Specialist - maternity leave replacement

The Sales Administration Specialist supports the Sales and Customer Success teams with daily administrative and operational tasks and plays a key role in billing, reporting, payment tracking, and collections including direct and ongoing collection calls with customers.

This is a full time and on-site position in Ramat Gan (Bursa).

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Support

• Supporting the sales and customer success teams with daily administrative tasks
• Managing basic updates in CRM systems (data entry, updates, simple reports)
• Assisting with follow-ups, tracking customer activity, and maintaining organized processes
• Assisting in preparing contracts, proposals, and sales-related documents using existing templates

Billing & Collections

• Preparing invoices and assisting with billing processes
• Tracking payments and managing collection follow-ups
• Making direct collection calls with customers and actively following up until payment is received
• Preparing simple weekly and monthly reports related to sales, billing, and collections

CRM & Data Management

• Keeping customer and deal information accurate and up to date in the CRM
• Supporting the team with basic reports and simple dashboards

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, office administration, office management, or customer operations
• Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot – advantage, not mandatory)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Native-level Hebrew (mandatory) and basic written and verbal communication in English
• This is a full-time, on-site-only position in Ramat Gan (Bursa)
