B2B Sales – Early Stage Role

Web Media Group is an innovative boutique company specializing in web application development using the latest technologies. Our mission is to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our clients and their businesses with advanced, user-friendly, and affordable web-based management systems.

Our product DoxBox is a new B2B product, and we’re looking for a hands-on sales person to lead our initial sales efforts in Israel.

This is an early-stage role for someone who enjoys doing the work - finding prospects, making calls, learning the market, and closing first deals.

Not a managerial role, and not a ready-made sales machine.

What the role includes:

• End-to-end B2B sales, hands-on
• Independent lead generation (mainly outbound)
• Sales calls, demos, and deal closing
• Building a simple, practical sales flow as we go
• Direct work with the founders

Who this is for:

• Someone with B2B sales experience who wants ownership, not a big title
• A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage products
• Salespeople who like building from scratch and learning fast

Role details:

• Full-time or part-time
• Flexible hours
• Base + commissions
• Opportunity to grow with the product (without corporate layers)
