Job Description:
- Planning and executing tests (STR/STD/STP) for the organization’s core systems
- Working with complex interfaces in the AS400 system environment
- Analyzing business requirements and defining end-to-end financial processes
- Identifying and reporting bugs, supporting development processes, and working closely with product managers and developers
- Ensuring the integrity of sensitive transactions and clearing systems under load and regulatory standards
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing
- Experience testing in AS400 environments and core systems
- In-depth familiarity with the credit card / banking / insurance domains
- Experience in a large organization and understanding of Enterprise-level work processes
- Proven ability to analyze and test cross-platform processes
- Good level of experience writing SQL queries
- Ability to work independently alongside teamwork in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
