Director of Product

This role requires flexibility between sites in Central Israel (near major transport hubs) and operates under a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

• Leading a strategic and high-impact Platform Group, managing a team of 2–4 experienced Product Managers and reporting directly to the VP of Product.
• Driving the company’s most significant domain in AI, focusing on two core pillars:
• AI Assistant: Empowering users with advanced automation and intelligent developer workflows.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server: Facilitating "Agent-to-Agent" interactions, ensuring the platform’s products are accessible to autonomous AI agents.
• Defining the long-term strategic vision and roadmap, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to global production.
• Collaborating closely with executive leadership and founding members to align AI initiatives with core business goals.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in a Product Leadership role (Director level) within medium-to-large technology organizations – Mandatory.
• 7 years of overall experience in Product Management – Mandatory.
• Proven experience leading AI product initiatives (experience with LLMs is a significant advantage) – Mandatory.
• Strong technical background with direct experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Infrastructure – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior product professionals and lead complex, cross-organizational platform strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate at a high strategic level while maintaining technical depth.
