A high-profile technology startup operating in the Cyber Security domain, focusing on the emerging field of Human Risk Management (HRM). The company has developed an AI-Native platform that identifies both technical and behavioral vulnerabilities within large-scale organizations.
Backed by top-tier global investors, the company is currently scaling its foundational R&D team.
Located in the Central District (accessible via the Light Rail), the company operates a fully in-office model to foster high-velocity innovation and collaboration.
Role Overview:
- Joining the Core Engineering team, reporting directly to the CTO.
- Developing high-performance backend systems using Go within a cloud-native architecture.
- Designing and implementing AI-Native infrastructure and autonomous AI agents to automate complex security tasks.
- Scaling Microservices on AWS using modern infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform.
- Contributing to a full-stack environment with occasional involvement in React-based frontend components.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
- Deep hands-on proficiency in Go – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in at least one additional language: Python or Node.js – Mandatory.
- Significant experience developing and scaling Microservices – Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) and Terraform – Mandatory.
- Background in Cyber Security or AI-driven product development – A significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment with a high degree of technical ownership.
