DevSecOps Manager | Temporary / 6-Month Contract | Raanana

We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevSecOps Manager to lead a dynamic team driving post-merger security integration, cloud infrastructure hardening, and secure DevOps practices at a global level.

What will your job look like?

• Lead a team of SecOps experts, DevOps engineers, and a due diligence specialist in Israel, overseeing all security aspects of PMI processes.

• Define and implement security strategies across cloud environments (Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD), ensuring alignment with the company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding the team through complex DevSecOps challenges and bridging gaps in technical knowledge where needed.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and acquired entities to ensure secure onboarding, infrastructure hardening, and compliance with corporate security policies.

• Manage cross-functional initiatives, including risk assessments, secure SDLC processes, and continuous improvement of security operations.

• Provide mentorship, performance management, and career development for your team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.

All you need is:

• 3-5 Years of proven hands-on experience in DevOps or SecDevOps roles, with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and GitHub - MUST

• Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex cross-organizational processes - MUST

• Deep understanding of security operations, risk management, and post-merger security integration.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.

• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable security and DevOps initiatives.
