RF Engineer

A global pioneer in active military defense systems, counter-UAS solutions, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance systems.

The company is located in central Israel, within walking distance of a train station.

The role

• Design, develop, simulate, and integrate RF systems and sub-systems, including transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, filters, and frequency sources.
• Lead RF testing and measurement processes using advanced equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Work extensively with RF design and simulation tools, including ADS, HFSS, CST, AWR, and similar platforms.
• Perform multi-disciplinary integration across RF, digital hardware, and software.
• Prepare technical documentation in English and manage development processes with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of tasks independently while collaborating within a cross-organizational professional team.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (M.Sc. – an advantage).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF systems development, covering the full lifecycle from design to integration and testing.
• Experience in design, simulation, and characterization of RF modules, including receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers, filters, and frequency sources.
• Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools, such as ADS, HFSS, CST, AWR, and similar.
• Hands-on experience with RF testing and measurements, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Familiarity with RF integration alongside digital hardware and software.
• Strong written English skills for technical documentation.
