Role: IoT Systems Integration Developer (AI experience - advantage)

We’re looking for a hands-on Python Maker / Python Engineer who loves building real-world solutions — from messy inputs and unclear requirements to working features in production.

This is a practical role: you’ll build production-grade Python and connect it to real smart-city infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Build end-to-end solutions: data exploration → implementation → deployment/integration
• Develop and maintain production-grade Python (clean code, testing, debugging)
• Work with structured / time-series / sensor / operational data
• Prototype fast, validate with real feedback, and turn ambiguity into working solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, IoT/Hardware, and Operations teams

Must have

• Strong Python experience in production environments
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Git, testing, debugging, code quality
• Ownership mindset — can take a feature from idea to working implementation

Nice to have (Advantage)

• Experience with AI/ML models (training, evaluation, iteration)
• Experience in AI model training and classification tasks
• Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn
• Experience with LLMs (prompting, evaluation, fine-tuning)
• Deployment/integration experience (APIs/services/edge constraints)
• IoT / embedded / working close to hardware
• Startup / fast-paced R&D background
