Rust Software Engineer

Role Overview:

• Joining as a Founding Engineer, working directly with the CTO to build the system's core from scratch.
• Conducting deep Low-Level development in Rust (or C) over Linux environments.
• Engaging in advanced research of operating systems and emerging technologies (~30% of the role).
• Designing and implementing solutions involving Virtualization, Hypervisors, and system internals.
• Tackling complex challenges at the intersection of high-performance computing and AI workload acceleration.

Requirements:

• Proven background in Low-Level development (C/Rust) over Linux or Embedded environments – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Linux Internals, Kernel development, or Operating Systems research – Mandatory.
• Experience from Elite Technological Units or leading deep-tech R&D organizations – Mandatory.
• Experience with Virtualization or Hypervisor technologies – Highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CUDA or GPU programming – A significant advantage.
• A "Builder" mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead technical research into production-grade code.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a leading university.
