Job Opportunity: Customer Support / Quality Assurance Agents

Location: Har Tuv B, Israel (In-office only)

Salary: 50-80 NIS per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (2 PM-10 PM)

Fluent English Required

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality HVAC systems for luxury hotels and office buildings. Our reputation for delivering cutting-edge solutions and excellent customer service has positioned us as a trusted partner in the industry. We are currently seeking dedicated Customer Support / QA Agents to join our team in Har Tuv and contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with past customers to ensure they were thrilled with our services
Review previously emails sent to identify and correct inconsistancies
Verify that all technical information is accurate and up to date
Review company websites to identify errors or outdated content
Ensure accurate records are maintained for all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Confirm that closed support tickets were handled properly and resolved appropriately
Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing all customer concerns promptly and professionally
