A leading defense company is looking for a talented Computer Vision & Machine Learning Algorithm Developer to join our innovative team!

Role Description

As part of the Image Processing Group within the ISTAR & EW division, you will:

• Develop advanced algorithms for image understanding and analysis in the fields of Computer Vision and AI
• Work on high‑power laser systems and cutting‑edge AI solutions
• Participate in the design and implementation of operational intelligence and surveillance systems
• Collaborate closely with system and software engineering teams
• Lead independent research and development tasks in algorithmic domains
• Contribute to system‑level understanding and the integration of complex, multidisciplinary solutions

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Image Processing / Computer Vision / Machine Learning
• Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python
• Hands‑on experience with Deep Learning
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High motivation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with GPU Programming – an advantage
