Data Scientist

The company is currently expanding its portfolio, focusing on data-driven game economies and personalized player experiences at a massive scale.

Located in Central Tel Aviv (prime access to public transport), the company operates a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

• Joining a core Data Science team with direct influence on the gaming experience for millions of global players.
• Developing and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning models into high-scale production environments.
• Building predictive models such as Propensity Modeling, Survival Analysis (TTE), and user behavior simulations.
• Analyzing large-scale tabular data to derive actionable insights for game optimization and economic balance.
• Utilizing advanced statistical modeling, Causal Inference, and A/B testing to drive product decisions.
• Working with a modern stack including Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist – Mandatory.
• Significant, hands-on experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL – Mandatory.
• Experience with large-scale tabular data and statistical modeling.
• B.Sc. in a scientific/technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar) – Mandatory.
• Background in Game Economy, Optimization, or Simulation – A significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate complex data into operational products.
