Growth Product Manager

Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup leveraging AI to make insurance and pension accessible, transparent, and optimized for individuals and businesses.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (3+ years) to own our growth engine. This role focuses on driving activation, retention, and revenue impact through structured experimentation and product-led growth.

What you will do:

• Own acquisition, activation, and retention funnels end to end
• Define and leverage cohort frameworks to drive growth decisions
• Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to move key metrics
• Identify product opportunities that increase engagement and lifetime value
• Work closely with Data, Marketing, and Engineering to turn insights into shipped features

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in growth or performance-driven environments
• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on funnel and cohort work
• Experience in gaming, fintech, or high-scale consumer products is a strong advantage
• High ownership, fast execution, impact-oriented mindset
