Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup leveraging AI to make insurance and pension accessible, transparent, and optimized for individuals and businesses.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (3+ years) to own our growth engine. This role focuses on driving activation, retention, and revenue impact through structured experimentation and product-led growth.
What you will do:
- Own acquisition, activation, and retention funnels end to end
- Define and leverage cohort frameworks to drive growth decisions
- Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing to move key metrics
- Identify product opportunities that increase engagement and lifetime value
- Work closely with Data, Marketing, and Engineering to turn insights into shipped features
Who we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in growth or performance-driven environments
- Strong analytical thinking with hands-on funnel and cohort work
- Experience in gaming, fintech, or high-scale consumer products is a strong advantage
- High ownership, fast execution, impact-oriented mindset
