Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ramat Gan for a Business Account Manager. The role involves managing portfolios of corporate clients, analyzing clients' credit needs, and developing tailored solutions from ICIC’s range of credit and risk mitigation services. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing credit risk, contract negotiations, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to foster client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
• Experience in credit risk management, business analysis, and understanding of financial markets.
• Proficiency in contract management and ability to design customized credit insurance solutions.
• Background in sales, client management, or financial consultancy is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is beneficial.
