🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day operational coordination across customers and internal teams

• Track deployments, open tickets, risks, and escalations — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and customer presentations

• Build and maintain KPIs for performance tracking and management visibility

• Support customer deployments, testing, demos, and training activities

• Coordinate logistics, documentation, and customer open activities

• Ensure structured communication flow between all company BU and Customers

You will be the operational backbone that ensures execution is predictable, measurable, and professional.

✅ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations / back office / project coordination / technical support – Must

• Experience in telecom, satellite communications, or networking companies – Must

• Bachelor’s degree – Must

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment – Must

• Experience with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com – Must

• High level of professionalism and customer-service mindset – Must

• Excellent Hebrew and English (written & spoken) – Must
