Account Manager Programmatic (Hands-on)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Programmatic Account Manager

Are you passionate about data-driven advertising and optimizing digital campaigns for maximum impact? We’re looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to lead client strategies, optimize programmatic campaigns, and drive performance across multiple digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Client Account Management – Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their objectives are met.

✅ Campaign Execution & Optimization – Oversee and refine programmatic strategies across platforms, including A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation to drive ROI.

✅ Partnership Development – Cultivate and maintain relationships with ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and data providers, while handling negotiations and agreements.

✅ Performance Analysis – Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations in real-time.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, including POP, DOMAIN REDIRECT, Push, Native, and Display campaigns.

🔹 Tech & Platforms: Strong understanding of DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks. Experience with AdKernel is a plus.

🔹 Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and maximize performance.

🔹 Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written English skills (a must), along with strong project management and teamwork abilities.

🔹 Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and bring innovative ideas to enhance media buying efforts.

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
