Vice President Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced VP of Operations to lead and scale the company’s operational functions. This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution, building efficient processes, and ensuring day-to-day operations support the company’s growth, quality, and long-term goals.

The VP Operations works closely with the COO and leadership team and plays a key role in driving cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead company-wide operations, translating business strategy into effective execution
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows
• Ensure operational readiness to support growth, scale, and changing business needs
• Oversee operational planning, resource allocation, and capacity management
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between operations, R&D, sales, finance, and supply chain (as relevant)
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and proactively address them
• Support execution of strategic initiatives, programs, and company priorities
• Build, mentor, and lead operational teams as the organization grows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or general management roles
• Proven experience leading operations in a technology-driven organization
• Strong ability to build processes, manage complexity, and drive execution
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or scaling company
• Background in hardware, manufacturing, or complex product environments (if relevant)
• Experience building operations from early or mid-stage growth
