Our core product, Arato Simulate, is a comprehensive evaluation and simulation platform built for modern GenAI applications - from AI copilots, generative AI-powered workflows and customer-facing assistants. We simulate realistic, high-volume user behavior across a broad range of scenarios: expected use cases, edge cases, adversarial inputs, and domain-specific flows tailored to each product.

Arato enables teams to test at scale - running thousands of diverse, synthetic user journeys - while going deep on analysis. We don’t just surface failures; we quantify accuracy, consistency, regressions, security risks, and user experience breakdowns with structured, data-driven insights. We’re looking for a Product Manager who operates like a true startup builder.

This is not a “backlog PM” role. You will own problems end-to-end and do whatever is needed to solve them - from speaking with customers and identifying real pain, to defining the solution, partnering daily with Engineering and Design, supporting sales conversations, launching, measuring impact, and iterating quickly.

You will shape the roadmap through direct customer conversations, early usage signals, and strong product judgment. In a startup, you won’t always have complete data. You’ll form clear hypotheses, make informed bets, validate assumptions quickly, and adjust based on what you learn.

You’ll translate complex GenAI evaluation challenges into products that are simple, powerful, and practical for real teams. That means going deep on the problem, staying close to users, and caring about measurable business outcomes - not just feature delivery.

In a small team, there’s no handoff culture. If something needs to be clarified, tested, analyzed, built, or explained - you take ownership. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and treat product as a hands-on craft rather than a coordination function.

You’ll operate at the intersection of B2B product strategy and execution, working closely with Engineering and Design, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure what we build drives real customer value and real business impact.

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Proven track record shipping products end-to-end with real adoption.
• Experience working on AI-based products.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong customer instincts: you can identify signal, patterns, and real pain.
• High ownership, high speed, low ego.

• Build the category-defining product in AI evaluation. AI evaluation and simulation is foundational to the future of GenAI — and it’s still largely unsolved. You’ll help define what “good” looks like.
• Extreme product leverage. Small team, big surface area, high ownership. Your decisions and execution will directly shape the product and the company’s trajectory.
• Real customer impact. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams building GenAI products, shaping what we build based on real-world needs.
