Full Stack Team Leader

Located in the Central District (ideally situated near the train station), the company operates a hybrid work model (2 days remote).

Role Overview:

• Joining as a Tech Lead, serving as the technical focal point for the team with a focus on high-scale features.
• Maintaining a high level of technical execution with approximately 90% Hands-on involvement.
• Leading cross-functional projects, architectural decisions, and solving complex product challenges.
• Working on high-scale systems, developing primarily in Python and React with a strong emphasis on the Frontend.
• Mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in Frontend/Full Stack Development – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience with React – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Backend development using Python, Node.js, or Go (the team develops in Python) – Mandatory.
• Experience in a Tech Lead, Architect, or Senior/Lead role with a desire to lead – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of web performance, complex state management, and scalable architecture.
• Ability to solve intricate system problems in a high-traffic production environment.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – A significant advantage.
