We are looking for a strong right hand to the VP Marketing & Sales – For data driven leadership of
the sales and marketing operations.
A team player, analytical, process-oriented leader with international
sales communication experience and a passion for data, CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and report on the global sales pipeline and forecast.
Analyze sales and marketing performance (by region, product, segment) and present clear
insights.
Support KPI follow-up of the sales organization (Territory managers, distributors, and reps)
Ensure high-quality, consistent CRM data and disciplined usage across the team, aligned
with shared definitions and ERP–CRM integration.
Support marketing and sales operations: Including Trade shows and events.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for the VP.
Support key customer activities: RFQs/RFPs, meetings, distributors and partners.
3–5 years’ experience in similar position, international B2B sales is an advantage,
preferably in technology / industrial sectors.
BA in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field with marketing and sales
orientation (MBA – advantage).
Strong CRM and ERP data analysis skills (Hubspot and Priority are advantage)– hands-on
with a leading CRM, very good Excel;
experience with analytics/BI tools is a plus.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, reporting and sales productivity.
Excellent English, spoken and written.
Analytical, structured, high ownership, and able to work closely with senior management.
