We are seeking a founding business development leader who has directly engaged Fortune-level enterprise clients, understands the frontier AI landscape, and can activate an immediate network to pilot strategic partnerships in Israel and the U.S.
This role is for operators who thrive at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise impact, and who are excited to shape the commercial foundation of a category-defining lab from day one.
The Opportunity
As the Founding Business Development / Enterprise Sales Manager, you will join the core team at inception.
Your immediate mandate is to bring on pilot enterprise customers ahead of our first model launch, a next-generation AI system expected to outperform state-of-the-art deep learning models on deep reasoning tasks.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role; your efforts will directly define EQ's early commercial trajectory and long-term market positioning. We heading into a sizable institutional fundraising round and compensation at this stage is primarily equity-based, reflecting the foundational nature of the role.
What You Will Lead
- Identify, engage, and secure pilot enterprise clients in Israel and the U.S.
- Translate EQE's frontier AI capabilities into strategic business value for top-tier organizations.
- Shape early GTM strategy, including positioning, pricing, and partnership models.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building long-term strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with the CEO and founding team to align technical capabilities with market opportunities.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience selling to Fortune-level enterprise clients, preferably in AI.
- Deep understanding of foundational AI / frontier AI technologies.
- Established network in Israeli and U.S. enterprise markets.
- Comfortable operating at with equity-based compensation until round close (eta 3-4 months).
- Highly strategic, hands-on, and able to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
